So there was a mysterious horned "sea monster" that washed up on the shores of a beach in Spain. I've noticed that some officials think it's a dragonfish, and others think it could be an oarfish or a ribbonfish. And I would be inclined to believe them, except for the fact that none of them have ever been recorded as having horns. I've done my research and looked up photos of each of them, and none, not one, have ever been recorded as having horns. Now, I'm not saying that it couldn't be any one of those things, but what if it's something new entirely? I mean, 95% of the ocean remains unexplored, so who knows what's down there. Like I said, I could be wrong, and it could be whatever the officials think it is, but, just think about it… What if we discovered something new? How cool would that be? Anyway, those are my thoughts about it. What do you lot think? Think it's something that's already been discovered? Or have we just scratched the surface of finding something new?

As you said: most of the oceans are not yet fully discovered. I think it would be possible that this is a new species.
